HEAD SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Utopia Security wants a great Senior Security Project Supervisor for a fancy tall building (condominium) in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We need someone who is excellent at leading, understands people well, plans ahead, is honest, and communicates clearly. This job is special because it's for a high-rise building where people live.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

1. Good English Skills: You must be very good at speaking and writing in English. You'll need to explain security rules clearly and talk politely with residents, building management, and everyone else. You're not just talking; you're building good relationships.

2. Experience in Tall Buildings (2+ Years as Supervisor): You must have worked as a security supervisor in a tall condominium building for at least two years. This means you know all about security in these kinds of places, like who gets in, how to handle emergencies in small spaces, respecting people's privacy, and dealing with different kinds of residents.

3. Honest and Ethical: We need a leader who is very honest and fair, someone who people respect and trust because they always do the right thing. You will show your team how to be professional and trustworthy.

4. Looks Professional: You need to always look neat and clean. This is important for a fancy building and helps residents trust you. It shows you respect your job and the place you work.

5. Long Security Experience (5+ Years Total): You must have worked in security for at least five continuous years, starting from basic security roles to being a security officer. This helps you understand everything about how security works on the ground.

* Good with Technology: Understand and be able to use new security tools, like CCTV cameras and smart door systems, to make security better.

* Care About Residents: Understand that security in a condo is not just about protecting people, but also making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and part of a good community.
